A graduate of ENSCI, Inga Sempé, designer, grieves persistent clichés on femininity and a so-called feminine design. And considers that in terms of design, men and women are capable of the same thing. Portrait.Inga Sempé
Who is she ?
Designer, graduated from ENSCI.
After having worked in two agencies (Marc Newson, Andrée Putman), she founded her studio in 2000. She works with Ligne Roset, Luceplan, Cappellini or Mustache.
She will be guest of honor at the Stockholm Furniture Fair in February 2012, and continues to cooperate with Luceplan and Ligne Roset. Tables, the fruit of his first collaboration with Established & Sons, will be launched in April for the Milan Salon.
She grieves with persistent clichés about femininity and a so-called feminine design. And considers that in terms of design, men and women are capable of the same thing. She would also like to work on more mechanical and technical projects, areas that are a priori reserved for men by companies.
