A very "rivera" contemporary living room with Ralph Lauren Home collection. Maeterlinck Palace.

Bernard Touillon

Great opportunity that the planned renaissance of the Maeterlinck Palace in Nice for an in-house tribute to the thirty-year-old Ralph Lauren Home. Two model apartments and a VIP lounge as sources of inspiration. A discovery signed Côté Sud.

Terraces and gardens suspended from the rock, one sees only the vertigo of the sea drowned in a blue screen of sky. The site is breathtaking, and the project at the height of the beauty it faces: rebuild the legend of the legendary palace of the Côte d'Azur.

This astonishing construction, formerly owned by Maurice Maeterlinck, Nobel Prize winner for literature, the site of all the erupting splendor of the Roaring Twenties, became a luxury hotel until 2008, when it was abandoned on "one of the most prestigious places in the world", explains Peter Illovsky, owner of Sotheby's International Realty, partner of the program.

This titanic challenge is on the rise thanks to the Czech billionaire Radovan Vitek who discovered the palace by the sea, then bought to turn it into eighteen exceptional residences, from 100 to 600 square meters, away from the hubbub from the nearby city.

With five-star service, such as the private beach and its pontoon to which you can ride a funicular, three hectares of Mediterranean gardens with cordage, a main pool looking like a Greek temple, and concierge-lounge ready to satisfy the least wishes of future buyers.

Entrusted to the architectural firm JP Gomis in Nice, the site thrives ... The series of facades is gradually regaining its superb, the first two apartments, unveiled last spring and dedicated to the same excellence have benefited from the talent of the Parisian agency Labro & Davis which has staged iconic furniture and iconic Ralph Lauren Home accessories. A very French Riviera signature for a corner of paradise, a dream ... to afford.

Invitation to embark for the Mediterranean where the traveling spirit of the iconic collections Ralph Lauren Home brings back the distinguished elegance of the mythical palace.
