How to clean an induction hob?

Clean your induction plate daily

The first thing to do is to maintain it well: after each use, put a soft, wet sponge on your warm induction plate, then wipe it with a soft cloth.

Ban the use of chemicals, corrosive or abrasive, as well as scrapers iron or synthetic. They would damage the plate irretrievably.

You notice splashes of liquids, fats or food? To eliminate them, take a sponge soaked in White vinegar, pour over a few drops of dishwashing liquid and clean your plate, then rinse with hot water before wiping with a micro-fiber cloth.

Clean a burnt induction cooker

Who has never overflowed a preparation or made burnt stains on an induction hob? If this happens to you, do not panic. Start by gently removing the burnt residue. For this, use a scraper designed for this purpose, special induction hob, or failing a wooden spatula. If this helps you, lightly heat the plate, which will melt some substances such as chocolate or caramel.

This operation performed, residues persist? Lather white clay on a soft sponge and rub, then white vinegar or liquid black soap. Then clean your sponge and rinse the plate with clean water.
